Whenever I have some free “me” time, I love to spend an hour connecting with inspiring people via Ted Talks.  How lucky we are to be living in a time where education is literally at our fingertips.  Part of our mission here at WE-MUST is to find interesting topics or videos that can help further conversations in several different categories.

My close friends know that I have spent several years dedicating my life to educating people on fossil fuel extraction and how it negatively impacts certain communities near this activity.  The most recent example of Americans fighting said infrastructure was in Standing Rock.

“We are going to exit the fossil fuel era…it is inevitable– Elon Musk”

When I think of mavericks trying to disrupt the energy world I naturally think of Elon Musk.  It’s funny actually as every time I leave my apartment in Oslo, Norway there is literally a Tesla on every corner.  Apparently, Elon lobbied the Norwegian government to invest in Tesla and by the looks of my part-time neighborhood block, it worked.  In fact, Norway has a clearly defined plan to completely ban petrol powered cars by 2025 for which Elon Musk delightfully tweeted, “What an amazingly awesome country.”

All of this had me thinking and wanting to know who inspires you to go for your dreams?  Enjoy the Ted Talk  curated for this discussion and I look forward to learning more about your favorite trailblazers by leaving a comment below.

Until Next Time My Lovelies.
